Best accident that landed on my door step in years! I had initially signed up with another company who were significantly more expensive, thankfully this company is genuine & honest and ended up saving me thousands of dollars!! The install team were great, it was an extremely hot day the panels were installed and they still worked on. They were very polite and I can’t fault anything. The after service of this company is brilliant. The sales representatives have exceeded my expectations and still keep in touch even after the system has been installed. They helped me claim my solar rebate and even helped me switch to a better electricity provider so I can maximise the results from my solar system. Working with this company has been a wonderful experience. Suzie & Andrew came & explained everything to us and assisted us from the very beginning. They helped us with the rebate right through to the installation on the day, they even came to see the system installed which we greatly appreciated. 5 Stars – Excellent Service and Aftercare! I had my solar system installed by Start Solar nearly three years ago, and recently noticed a water leak on the roof. I contacted Start Solar to check if it was related to the solar installation. Their team responded promptly, inspected the issue, and found it was due to the silicon around the hot water system—not the solar panels. Despite it not being their fault, they still fixed the issue for me. That kind of customer service is rare these days! Andrew and Suzi were a dream to deal with. My new house took longer to build than anticipated and they were so patient and accommodating. Over the course of my contract certain government grants changed, which meant making alterations at Start Solar’s end and both walked me through step-by-step of what I needed to do. This made me feel at ease. Even out of the blue there would be a text message or phone call to check up and see how our progress was going with the house. Finally, the day arrived and our panels where installed in an inconspicuous part of our roof. I would love to share my experience with Mandy, Tina and start solar as how a wrong number turned out to be such a beautiful experience for me and my wife . Good Job and Great Savings I had Start Solar installed all the solar panels in all my properties, two businesses and on my own house. They did everything professionally from quotes to installation and also assisting me in getting the rebates. Dave has been there willing to help in answering questions I might have and assisting in everything I need to fill up. Ria from their office is also doing an amazing job in helping me with the paperwork to get connected to the grid. I can see everything working and giving me great savings along the way. I was reluctant about the heat pump for a while , then the letter from start solar arrived , this shifted my reluctance into more confidence as I trust this company since dealing with them in the past for solar panel installation. Tina was great , patient and informative. The installers were great 👍🏾 too The only thing that before installers come to do their job , they should remind the customers of the water stoppage just in case they need to reserve some for that time if installation . There are so many Solar companies to choose from it’s overwhelming, so I finally bit the bullet and accepted a government rebate solar panel call as I was in the market and thought “why not”! Nina was amazing, helpful and patient when sorting out the admin side. Nina also was available out/after hours. On installation day I was booked for 7:30am and no one showed up. I rang and messaged the electrical dept who booked the time for me and now response. I also rang the 1300 number and once again no one avaliable as Mon - Fri 9-5pm only. Start Solar was recommended to me by a neighbour. Referrals of that kind make our job easier as we know that a neighbour most likely will give you good advice. So, I contacted Start Solar and Manny paid us a visit for a quote. He explained to us the complete process, checked whether we could get rebates and which ones, explained the costs involved and also tried to find out whether we actually needed solar or not. That was a good beginning. I also took a few more quotes just to make sure that we make an informed decision. Once we decided to get ahead, it was all smooth sailing with the team at Start Solar.
